Originally founded as a Swedish-Ukrainian company, SocTrade became fully Ukrainian-owned in 2021 when its Swedish co-founder transferred his share. Despite this transition, the company has maintained its European, Swedish-style approach to business, partnerships, and commitments.

Its headquarters is in Odesa, with sales and service offices in Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv. The company provides nationwide service support and operates its own warehouse and a Demonstration & Consultation Center in Odesa, where hands-on training on equipment operation is conducted.
