In the 2024/25 MY, Ukraine exported 71.3 thousand tonnes of flour
During the 2024/25 marketing year, Ukrainian producers exported 66.7 thousand tonnes of wheat flour. This volume is lower than the 92.5 thousand tonnes exported in the previous season.
Approximately 46% of Ukraine’s wheat flour exports in 2024/25 were destined for EU countries. The top five importing countries included Moldova (20.3 thousand tonnes), the Czech Republic (15.3 thousand tonnes), Palestine (10.8 thousand tonnes), France (3.0 thousand tonnes), and Spain (2.9 thousand tonnes).
Exports of other types of flour during the 2024/25 MY amounted to 4.6 thousand tonnes (compared to 5.4 thousand tonnes in 2023/24 MY). EU countries accounted for 14% of these exports (down from 27% in the previous season). The top five destinations for non-wheat flour were Moldova (3.2 thousand tonnes), Israel (0.5 thousand tonnes), Croatia (0.2 thousand tonnes), and Bulgaria and Spain (0.1 thousand tonnes each).
